Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:86733 Court No. - 9 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5359 of 2025 Petitioner :- Smt. Murti Devi Respondent :- Smt. Leelawati Devi @ Janki Devi And 11 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Awadhesh Prasad,Sachidanand Singh Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. List revised. No one is present to press the writ petition. From perusal of the petition, it is clear that after the petition was sworn before Oath Commissioner and reported by Stamp Reporter, interpolation has been made in the writ petition. There are overwriting at several places which indicate that certain things have been added in the writ petition after the initial filing. The writ petition is dismissed on the ground that no such interpolation can be made by any petitioner's counsel once the writ petition is reported by Stamp Reporter. Any amendment which the petitioner wants in his writ petition can only be done by filing amendment application before the Court.
