Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that payment of the petitioner has stood paid to the petitioner along with interest vide order dated 6th February, 2025, a copy of the order written to the Commissioner of Police, Commissionrate, Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur by the office of the Accountant General dated 20th June, 2025 is placed before the Court, which is taken on record, a copy of which is also supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Now, since payment towards GPF amount has come to be paid to the petitioner, nothing remains to be paid to the petitioner and hence no cause of action survives to maintain this petition.
