Challenge in this Writ Petition is to the order dated 21.07.2020 (Annexure P/14) passed in Second Appeal case No.A/1845/2015/Bilaspur by the Chhattisgarh State Information Commission, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar. 2. By the impugned order, a penalty of Rs.2,000/- was imposed on the petitioner and it was directed that compensation of Rs.1,000/- be paid to Respondent No.3 for financial and mental loss. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the same day, another order (Annexure P/15) was passed and it has been observed that an enquiry was conducted for the delay in supplying the information sought by the Respondent No.3. He further submits that both the orders were passed on the same day in the same appeal though he is not aggrieved by Annexure P/15 but he is aggrieved by Annexure P/14. 4. Reply has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that impugned order (Annexure P/14) is not part of the record and as to how the certified copy has been issued, an enquiry has already been initiated by them. 5. Be that as it may, as counsel for Respondent No.1 has stated that Annexure P/14 is not part of the record, no action on the basis of 3 order (Annexure P/14) can be taken. 6. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Sachin Singh Rajput) Judge Avinash
