1. By way of present writ petition the petitioner who is working as Assistant Grade-III has assailed the order dated 03.07.2025 and 21.04.2025 whereby she has been transferred from Bilaspur to Pendra Road.

3. Considering the submission, let the petitioner move a fresh representation, which may be considered by the competent authority in light of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of S.K. Naushad Rahaman & Others v. Union of India & Others, (2022) 12 SCC 1.
4. In the eventuality of filing of representation by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the same in accordance with law and in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in S.K. Naushad Rahaman & Others (supra) within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands
