The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief. "a) issue a writ, order or nature of MANDAMUS direction in the commanding the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, Maharajganj/ respondent no. 3 to decide the Case No. 6852 of 2023, Computerized Case No. T-202305470106852 (Gaon Sabha Versus Gauri Shanker) and Case No. 6853 of 2023, Computerized Case No. T-202305470106853 (Gaon Sabha Versus Lal Bahadur) under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him expeditiously or within the period fixed by this Hon'ble Court for the same, so that justice may be done." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is the complainant and is not party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the proceedings cannot be expedited at his behest. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 6.
