(Oral) Before reply, if any, from the respondents could be received, learned counsel representing the petitioner while making this Court peruse representations of the petitioner, i.e., Annexures P/4 to P/6 states that the petitioner would be content and satisfied in case directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide the pending representations of the petitioner in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel representing the respondents states that she is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. Having taken note of the fact that the petitioner is already retired and he is seeking regularization from initial date of joining as well as promotion thereafter in view of the fact that his juniors have 2025:HHC:18155 - 2 - already been regularized and promoted to the higher post, this Court sees no impediment in accepting the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner for consideration of his pending representations (Annexure P-4 to P-6) by the competent authority in a time bound manner. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the case deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the pending representations (Annexure P-4 to P-6) of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass speaking order.
