The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Siwan Muffasil Police Station Case No.11 of 2020 registered for the offence under section-7 of the Essential Commodities Act, pending before the court of the Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is of black- marketing. 4. Materials have come during investigation that the petitioner is involved in black-marketing.
