The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "(j). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Registrar as well as Examination Controller V.B.S. Purvanchal University, Jaunpur (Respondent No.3 & 4 in the writ petition) to award the marks in Chemistry Ist Papar (Inorganic Chemistry) B.Sc. Part-I and further corrected marks-shet be also provided to the petitioner. (ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. (iii) Award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner." 4. At this stage, this Court deems it proper to relegate the petitioner to the respondent no.3-Registrar, V.B.S. Purvanchal University, Jaunpur to submit his grievance. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.3-Registrar, V.B.S. Purvanchal University, Jaunpur along with a certified copy of this order, raising all his grievances within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of one month thereafter.
