The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the Additional City Magistrate (II), Kanpur Nagar in Case No.00464 of 2021 (Computer Case No.D202103410000464) whereby he has released the property in question in favour of respondent no.4. 3. Against the order impugned, there is statutory remedy of filing revision under Section 18(1) of U.P. Act No.13 of 1972. 4. The aforesaid fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Since, there is effective alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned, therefore, present writ petition is not maintainable. 6.
