This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the writ appeal. 2. Heard both sides. 3. Though the 5th respondent has got serious objection, considering that the delay is 89 days, we are inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 28.07.2025. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the main appeal and post it for admission on 04.08.2025. If the cost is paid on or before 28.07.2025, this petition stands allowed.
