By the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to not take any coercive steps to demolish the petitioners’ houses located in the land bearing Khasra Nos. 993/205, 993/183 and 993/194 situated at Bijapur, P.H. No.39, Tahsil Bijapur District Bijapur. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that the petitioners are not party to the proceeding drawn under Section 248(1) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (CGLRC) and the impugned notice dated 15/01/2025 (Annexure P/3) has been issued by the respondent No.4/ Tahsildar, Bijapur against one Suresh Chandrakar whereas the petitioners are not a party to that proceeding. He would further submit that the said proceeding has been drawn regarding the illegal encroachment made over the forest land i.e. land bearing Khasra No.998 Rakba 12 hectare out of which 0.100 hectare land has been encroached by one Suresh Chandrakar, as the 3 / 3 petitioners are not affected party to the impugned notice, the present writ petition itself is not maintainable. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned State counsel, at this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is nothing to be adjudicated in this petition and hence the same may be disposed of. 4.
