The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has given a representation dated 09.01.2025 seeking to treat the period of out of employment from 12.12.2012 to 15.10.2022 as leave without backwages, but with continuity of service with notional benefits, and such representation is pending with the respondent. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations.
