Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioners are renters and informant is their landlord and due to dispute over rent, this false and concocted case along with series of F.I.Rs was lodged against the petitioners. For the same occurrence, four F.I.Rs have been lodged by the informant against these petitioners. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific accusation of overt act against petitioners. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P. S. Case No. 214 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik
