1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.172, dated 26.03.2025, under Section 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal, District Karnal (Annexure P-1).
2. While granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 23.05.2025, this Court had noticed the following contentions raised by
learned counsel for the petitioner:-
“ Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to an order (An- nexure P-13) passed by this Court in CRM-M-20091-2025, whereby Lakshay Panchal, main accused, who has already been granted the concession of interim anticipatory bail. He further con- tends that the total amount in dispute was about Rs.6 lac and an amount of Rs. 2.5 lac has already been transferred by Lakshay Pan- chal in favour of respondent No.2. by way of RTGS and Lakshay Panchal has agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.3.5 lac with the trial HEMLATA 2025.07.08 22:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties.
4. On the other hand, learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2/complainant submits that he has no objection, in case the present petition is allowed by this Court as the parties have compromised the matter with each other.
6. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 23.05.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S.
7. Pending application(s) stand(s) also disposed of.
