Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner claims assistance money arising from the death of her husband Rajendra Singh on 05.04.2023. 3. In such facts, Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the Bar Council, states that similar Writ-C No. 39183 of 2023 (Smt. Premlata Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) has been disposed of vide order dated 09.11.2023 with the following direction: "In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4- Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Advocate Welfare Fund Trustee Committee at Lucknow, to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law within one month on receipt of a certified copy of this order in respect of payment to the petitioner under the aforesaid welfare scheme and pay the amount to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within next three weeks, as may be found admissible to her." 4.
