Respondents (Cause-title taken from the Case Information System) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For Petitioner :- Mr. Ramesh Naik, Advocate For State :- Mr. Hariom Rai, P.L. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SB-Hon’ble Shri Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 11.12.2025 1. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to place all the records of the case for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant appointment to the petitioner in the vacant post of 'Lab Technician' from the date, the post of 'Lab Technician' became vacant, with all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 3 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition stands squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No. 2967 of 2023 (Pooja Singh vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another) decided on 05.05.2023. It is jointly prayed that the present writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the observations and findings recorded therein. The relevant paragraphs of the said judgment are reproduced below:– “4. Be that as it may, this Court is inclined to disposed of this Writ Petition. Considering the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 8759 of 2022 on 12.12.2022 and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to disposed of thispetition granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent No.1 ventilating his grievances within a period of 3 weeks. In the event such representation is submitted, respondent No.1 shall decide the same in accordance with law by speaking order within a further period of 8 weeks from the date of submission of representation. 5. With the above, the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.” 3. Since the grievance of the petitioner is identical to the one considered in WPS No. 2967 of 2023 (Pooja Singh vs. State of 4 Chhattisgarh and another) decided on 05.05.2023, and the petitioner in the present case is also seeking the same relief, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of and in line with the aforesaid judgment while granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the concerned respondent authority. No order as to cost(s). Sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Vishakha
