Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.14299 of 2025 before this Court and he was granted anticipatory bail on 08.05.2025 with one of the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- to the credit of Aishwaryam Trust, Indian Bank, Tirunagar Branch, Madurai, Account No.6639017788, IFSC Code: IDIB000T032, however, due to financial crisis, petitioner was unable to mobilise the funds and could not comply with the aforesaid condition. Therefore, the petitioner prays for modification of the above condition. 4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing of the respondent police. 5.
