Present writ petition is directed against impugned order dated 15th February 2024 of learned Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, passed in Revision Case No.11 of 2023 (under Section-9 of the OHRE Act, 1951). In the impugned order the learned Commissioner of Endowments has remanded the original proceeding to the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments for fresh adjudication within a period of two months. It is submitted that, the original proceeding is still pending with the Assistant Commissioner.
