2. The petitioner of both the aforesaid cases seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 229 of 2025 / corresponding to NDPS Case No. 84 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)C and 25 of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 124
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90138 of 2025(6) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 Kg of narcotic substance i.e. Ganja.
4. The petitioner of both the aforesaid cases are in custody since 2.6.2025.
5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, both the aforesaid applications are dismissed.
