p. 1 IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK BLAPL No.2314 of 2025 Pradipta Kumar Sahoo … Petitioner None -versus- State of Odisha … Opposite Party Mr. C. Mahanty, Addl. PP CORAM: JUSTICE G. SATAPATHY Order No. ORDER(ORAL) 22.05.2026 07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on the last date on 18.05.2026. The prisoner’s petition as received by this Court reveals that the Petitioner wants to engage Mr. Antaryami Biswal as his counsel, but he is not present today or on the last date. It, therefore, appears to the Court that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 3. Hence, the present bail application stands dismissed for non-prosecution. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to revive this application by showing sufficient cause for non-appearance. (G. Satapathy) Judge Priyajit
