The present application u/s 18227 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 9.7.2025 passed by Sessions Judge, Chitrakoot, in Criminal Revision No. 8 of 2024, whereby the the revisional court affirmed the order dated 31.10.2023 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot in Criminal Case No. 294 of 2023, whereby an application 156(3) of Cr.P.C. has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
