1. Present contempt petition has been filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for not complying with the judgment dated 15.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
2. Learned State counsel has pointed out that there is an interim
order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2341-2025, filed against the judgment dated 28.11.2023 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the said circumstances, the present contempt petition be disposed of, at this stage, but liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the present contempt petition or to file a fresh petition in case the said LPA is NARESH KUMAR 2025.08.13 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document/judgement
