Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not availed the alternative remedy available under law, namely, by submitting his grievance before the Director General, CISF Headquarters, New Delhi. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the Director General, CISF Headquarters, New Delhi by filing an appropriate representation. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the competent authority within a period of 45 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
