No. 01/2025, seeking withdrawal of the present revision petition on the ground that the parties have amicably settled the dispute outside the Court and have mutually agreed to dissolve their matrimonial relationship. Accordingly, permission is sought to withdraw the present revision petition. 4. Learned counsel for the non-applicant submits that she has no instructions regarding the alleged out-of-court settlement. 5.
