Applicant- Wajeer Singh, who is in Judicial custody in connection with Case Crime/FIR No. 464 of 2023, under Sections 307 & 504 IPC and Sections 4/25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, has sought his release on bail. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the FIR was lodged with the delay of one day which has not been explained; the applicant has falsely been implicated in this case; false and fabricated story has been prepared in implicate the applicant; the applicant is languishing in jail since 05.11.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that a cross case was also got registered against the complainant. 6. On the contrary, learned State Counsel vehemently opposed the bail. 2025:UHC:3388 7. The injuries caused by the applicant to the complainant’s husband are so fatal to his life, even intestine of the injured came out from the stomach.
