Learned counsel appearing for Chhattisgarh State Industrial Corporation would submit that the respondent authority issued a memo on 10-12-2025 wherein it has been mentioned that yesterday ie., on 10-12-2025 they had deposited the amount of Rs.1,02,69,052/- before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Tahsil Dabhara, District Sakti towards amount of award and now only award has to be passed. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondent – CSIDC, it is directed that the Land Acquisition Officer/respondent No.4 shall pass the award within outer limit of 30 days from today and thereafter he will release the said amount. It is made clear that respondent No.4 shall not adopt any delay tactics or even if the award is passed, the amount will be reimbursed without creating any hindrance by the Office of Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue). The memo dated 10-12- 2025 submitted by learned counsel for CSIDC is taken on record. 3. With the aforesaid observation and direction, both the contempt petitions are disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the award if they are not satisfied.
