Following relief has been claimed in this writ petition:- PARUL MITTAL Digitally signed by PARUL MITTAL Date: 2025.12.12 15:18:49 +0530 2 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, and direction to command and direct the respondent authorities to grant the Kramonnati vetanman (fixation of pay scale) accruing from the completion of 24 years of service by virtue of the notification dated 22/08/2008 issued by the State Government bearing number F-11-2/2008/1-3 along with 10% per annum interest. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to order the Respondent Authorities to direct & declare the petitioner fit and eligible for the entitlement of Kramonnati vetanman (fixation of pay scale) in pursuance of his eligibility for the completion of 24 years in service. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to conduct the necessary samiti or department meeting and decide the representation(s) of the petitioner and grant the Kranmnnoti vetanman due in pursuance of the letter dated 15/09/2020, 25/02/2021 P/4 to P16. & 27/07/2021 (ANNEXURE A/4 to A/6) issued by the Respondent no. 4 to the Respondent no. 1. 10.5 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondents/competent authority, respondents/competent authority may also be directed to consider and decide the same at the earliest within the specific period as fixed by this Court. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the same may be decided in accordance with law. 3 4. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of and liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievances to competent authorities/respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of 45 days. 5. On such representation having been made, the respondents No. 2 & 3/competent authorities shall decide the same within further period of 120 days from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
