This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or suitable direction to the respondent authorities for considering the application/name of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. b. May kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 30/12/2021 Annexure -P/7 and to allow any other relief as the Hon’ble Court may be deemed fit and proper with cost of petition.” 2. On 19/11/2025, on submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.6, the matter was placed before the mediate centre of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.6 submits that the dispute between them have been amicable resolved in the mediation proceedings and a settlement had been arrived at on certain conditions.
