Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the petitioners are being harassed by officials of Police Station Dabwali, District Sirsa, who are coming time and again at the house of the petitioners to inquire about their son without any official notice or summons. The petitioners have been threatened that they would be taken to the police station if their son is not brought before the said police officials. Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the petitioners filed representation dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.2, Jyoti 2025.05.22 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-28345-2025 2 but till date no action has been taken. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that they would be satisfied, in case, the pending representation (Annexure P-1) is decided by respondent No.2.
