JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 01-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10111 of 2025 passed by this Court only to the extent to modify the condition ‘a’ i.e., one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be her close relative. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had been granted regular bail on 17.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10111 of 2025 and one of the conditions imposed upon the petitioner was “one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be her close relative” however, no close relative of the petitioner is ready to become Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53054 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 bailor of the petitioner due to which the petitioner could not be released from judicial custody. 4. This court finds that the present application has been filed and affidavit has been sworn by the cousin (mausera bhai) of the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, let Mr. Mukesh Kumar Mahto @ Mukesh Kumar, who has sworn the affidavit, stand as one of the bailors on behalf of the petitioner who shall be furnishing bail bonds. 6. Accordingly, this application for modification is allowed to the aforesaid extent and rest of the conditions shall remain the same. Jyoti/- (Sourendra Pandey, J) U T
