None appeared on behalf of the parties to press the application even in the revised call of the cause list. 2. Perusal of record transpires that as the matter relates to matrimonial dispute, this Court while entertaining the application referred the matter to the Mediation Centre of this Court vide order dated 16.05.2024 for amicably settlement of the dispute between the parties. 3. While referring the matter to the Mediation Centre para 10 of the order was very clear and the same is quoted herein below:- "10 However, it is provided that if the amount, as directed above, is not deposited by the applicants within the aforesaid period, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. shall stands dismissed without further reference to the court. ." 4. The Registrar (Mediation)/In-charge, AHCMCC, has sent report dated 08.08.2024 to the effect that applicant has not complied with the Court order with regard to deposit of money till 07.08.2024 and thus, the notice could not be issued to the parties by the mediation centre. 5. In view of the earlier order and the report submitted by the Registrar (Mediation)/In-charge, AHCMCC, dated 08.08.2024, the instant application is dismissed. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
