The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the order dated 28.08.2025 (Annrexure P/1). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to allot Ramai Talab for pisciculture in favour of petitioner society. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to reserve only one pond for the purpose of nistari i.e. Pandey Talab. 10.4 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the Respondent/State raises an objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is having the alternate efficacious remedy to file a revision before the Commissioner. 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to avail the other remedy available under the law. He however, submits that directions may be issued to return back the certified copy of the documents enclosed along with the writ petition. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, reserving liberty with the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy available under the law. Registry is directed to return back the certified copies of the documents enclosed along with the writ petition after retaining photocopies of the same. 5. Certified copy as per rules.
