Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.0119 dated 12.09.2016 under Sections 341, 283 and 149 of IPC registered at Police Station Garshankar, District Hoshiarpur and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Further prayer has been made for staying the further proceedings before the trial Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, has fairly submitted that the cancellation report has already been prepared in the present case, however, the same has not been filed in the Court of concerned Illaqa Magistrate. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Addl.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. He has submitted that the cancellation report would be presented within a period of two week. As submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the cancellation report has already been prepared, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent-Investigating Agency that if the cancellation report prepared and not submitted before the Court of concerned Illaqa Magistarate so far, then the same be filed within a period of two weeks from today and the Court concerned of Illaqa Magistrate would proceed with the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
