JUSTICE R.DEVDAS) Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo along with a copy of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.F.A. No. 103821/2024 which was clubbed with another M.F.A. No. 100449/2024 and submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and the respondent wife has agreed to withdraw all the cases filed against the husband and has accordingly proceeded to make applications or has filed memos to withdraw the cases filed by the respondent wife against the husband. 2. In that view of the matter, learned counsel submits that the petitioner husband has agreed to withdraw the Guardians & Wards Case filed by the husband before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dharwad. This Criminal petition also arises from Crl. Misc. No. 156/2021 filed by the respondent- wife under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the petition. 5.
