JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “A. Issue a writ of mandamus or in the nature thereof or any other appropriate writ, directing the respondents to consider representation dated 02.07.2025 vide (Annexure-H) in the interest of justice and equity. B. To pass any such order as this Hon’ble court deems fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner stood acquired in the year 1992 and since 1992 neither compensation is paid nor there is any development in the property. Therefore, on the ground that no compensation is paid, the petitioner has submitted representation. The said representation is yet to meet its - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17901 WP No. 106979 of 2025 consideration at the hands of Belgaum Urban Development Authority. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of the petitioner would meet its consideration and appropriate orders thereon would be passed. 4. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the Belgaum Urban Development Authority to pass necessary orders in accordance with law within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier.
