Sr. No. 3 Regular Cause List IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR WP (C) No. 184/2024 Ghulam Mohammad Mir …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) Through: None Vs. The J&K Bank Ltd. & Ors. ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Mir Suhail, Adv. with Mr. Raja Jaffer Wani, Adv. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE O R D E R 30.04.2025 Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that in compliance with order dated 31st January 2024, the petitioner has paid only Rs. 2.00 lacs instead of Rs. 5.00 lacs as directed by this Court. Similarly, the petitioner has also failed to comply with the order dated 12th November 2024, whereby he was called upon to deposit Rs. 10.00 lacs more to show his bonafides to avail the benefit of OTS. Today when the case was called out, nobody appeared on behalf of petitioner. It seems that the petitioner, having failed to comply with the direction passed by this Court from time to time, has decided not to pursue this petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
