The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 368/2024 arising out of Barkagaon (Urimari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 117/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1529/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-VII, Hazaribag. 3. On 07.05.2024 at about 6:30 P.M., the informant came to know that her three years’ old daughter was smothered to death. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner and co-accused persons that they might have committed murder of her daughter. 4. Case diary, earlier called for, has been received. 5. Shree Prakash Jha, learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary, has submitted that apart from confession, there is no material available against the petitioner on record. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-VII, Hazaribag in connection with S.T.
