Present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: “To quash the FIR bearing No. 415/ 2024 under Sections 121/ 132/ 221/ 3(5) BNS, P.S. Shahdara, New Delhi pending before Karkardooma Court along with all other incidental and consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the Petitioner;” 4. The State has filed status report. In paragraph 6 thereof it is mentioned that no case is made out against the present petitioner. The said paragraph is extracted as under: “6. The accused persons Vipanshu Shami @ Vipanshu, This is a digitally signed order.
