GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: Impugning the notification issued by respondent No.2 vide 12707/CL/Advt/1/1/2021-22 dated 31.01.2024, inviting applications from Orthopedically handicapped persons for recruitment of three Veterinary Assistant Surgeons under Class-A of category (6) of the Andhra Pradesh Animal Husbandry Service Rules and excluding visually challenged and low vision candidates, the above writ petition is filed. 2. By an interim order dated 07.02.2024, the impugned notification was suspended and the same is being extended from time to time. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that pending the writ petition, in pursuance of the common order passed in W.A.Nos. 917 of 2022 and batch, the petitioners were appointed as Veterinary Assistant Surgeons in category (6) of Class–A of A.P. Animal Husbandry Service in Animal Husbandry Department, by proceedings ROC.No.3031/B1/2024 dated 02.01.2025. Thus, given the subsequent developments, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 4. Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed. The interim order granted on 07.02.2024, hereby stands vacated. No costs.
