1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:-
“1. A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue commanding and directing the respondent authorities to produce before this Hon’ble Court all the relevant records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 2. A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of appropriate nature do issue directing the respondent no. 4 to 7 to allot the house to the petitioner under the Pradhan Mantari Awas Yojana and/or
3. A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of appropriate nature do issue directing the respondent no. 4 to 7 to consider the application of the petitioner for the allotment of the house expeditiously within any time span as framed by the Hon’ble High Court. 4. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 5. Cost of the petitioner may also be awarded.”
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to order passed in writ petition bearing WPC No. 4573 of 2023 and other connected matters petitioner had vacated the accommodation in her possession
3 and have also submitted representation for allotment of other residential accommodation, however, till date no decision has been taken on the representation submitted by petitioner by the respondent no. 4 and 5 and, therefore, direction be issued to concerned respondent to take decision on pending representation of petitioner. He also submits that one of the petitioner in the aforementioned writ petitions was allotted residential accommodation pursuant to representation submitted by him/her. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and 5 do not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner that she vacated the earlier accommodation possessed by her. He further submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner for taking decision on pending representation, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 5. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner as also the counsel for respondent no. 4 and 5, without commenting anything on the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no.
4 and 5 to take decision on pending representation Annexure P-5 dated 03.04.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
