THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE ANANT RAMANATH HEGDE) 1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute before the Land Tribunal is settled between the petitioners and the persons, who are claiming to be the tenants. He has produced the decree passed by the Civil Court, wherein, there is a reference to move an application before the Land Tribunal to report settlement. The decree is marked at Annexure-B. 3. Under these circumstances, a direction is issued to the Land Tribunal to consider the petitioners’ application. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:15197 WP No. 107709 of 2025 4. Needless to say that the applicants before the Land Tribunal should also be heard, and only after satisfying that the applicants before the Land Tribunal and the present petitioners have entered into settlement, the Land Tribunal has to pass appropriate order. 5. The exercise shall be completed within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order. 6. With these observations, the writ petition is allowed.
