Mr.Bal Mukund Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, husband of his client availed subsidy. He refers to Government Order dated 5th August, 2023, sub-clause (iii) under clause-2 to submit, the restriction on both spouses availing the subsidy is only in respect of a particular financial year. Husband of his client earlier availed the subsidy. For subsequent financial year, his client applied. By impugned order dated 21st November, 2024, passed by respondent no.4 (the Deputy Director of Agriculture), his client's application was rejected. 2. Mr.Sudarshan Singh, learned advocate, Central Government Counsel appears on behalf of Union of India and submits, there is discrepancy as appearing from the number-plate of the vehicle purchased by petitioner's husband. As such, there should not be interference. 3. Instead of interfering, we direct petitioner to make representation with his cause, enclosing certified copy of this order to respondent no.4. Said respondent will consider the representation on petitioner's contention regarding subsidy availed and applied for in separate financial years, as not restricted under said Government Order dated 5th August, 2023 and pass a reasoned order within four weeks thereof.
