The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or any appropriate writ direciting the respondent authorities to provide certified copy of the documents as required vide letter (Annexure P/1) to the petitioner. 10.2 That, if the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue any order or orders, direction or directions, writ or writs as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents. 2 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may be kindly be pleased to award cost of the petition to the petitoner. 10.4 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the present case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an application for grant of certified copies as mentioned in Annexure P1/. The application was submitted on 18.08.2025, however, the certified copies of the documents as applied for is not given to him and therefore, direction be issued to the respondent authorities to consider the application and give the certified copy to the petitioner within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that according to her instructions, the certified copy will be given to the petitioner and as per his entitlement within shortest possible time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner and further, submission of counsel for the Respondent/State on instructions that the pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, certified copy will be given to him at the earliest., I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the Respondents to give the certified copy of the documents as prayed for, considering the entitlement of the petitioner expeditiously, within a further period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
