Though the application under Section 528 of BNSS has been preferred by the applicant for quashing the entire criminal proceedings of Complaint Case No. 73 of 2023 (Sabir Versus Fareed and Others) Under Section 354 I.P.C. and Section Section 7/8 of Protection Of Children From Sexual Offences Act-2012, Police Station Saidnagli, District-Amroha as well as Summoning Order dated 03.04.2024 Under Section 354 I.P.C. and Section Section 7/8 of Protection Of Children From Sexual Offences Act- 2012 against the Applicant, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Protection Of Children From Sexual Offences Act-2012), First. District-Amroha, however, learned counsel for the applicant as per instructions seeks enlargement of applicant on bail before the court below. 3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions raised at the Bar and the statements so sought to be made by them, the application stands disposed of while observing that in case appropriate proceeding in the form of bail application is preferred before the court below, then the same shall be decided with most expedition strictly in accordance with the law of the land keeping in view the judgment in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
