Petitioner no.1 was appointed as an Assistant Teacher in the year 2011, whereas petitioner no.2 was appointed as a Class IV employee in the year 2022 in a school namely "Shiva Junior High School,Vrindawan, Block Nidhauli Kalan, District-Etah. 3. On basis of a complaint in respect of petitioners' educational certificates, a communication was made by the District Basic Education Officer, Etah, respondent no.4 to the Manager/Principal of said school to communicate the verification report of educational certificates of both petitioners, therefore, their salary was stopped till their educational certificates are verified. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring a communication dated 2.5.2025 issued by the Manager of concerned school to the respondent no.4, which was duly received at his office that verification report was submitted, however, till date no order has been passed and petitioners are working for last more than four months without any salary. 5. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that he has no instructions as to whether any decision has been taken or not. 6. Learned Standing Counsel further submitted that since it is a serious matter and educational certificates are required to be verified, therefore, in case no order has been passed, it will be passed within a short period. 7. Though in regard to petitioner no.1, his documents are still not verified and for that petitioner can take appropriate steps either through Manager of concerned School or by taking requisite steps to get the educational documents verified from the concerned Board. 8. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that since verification report is being communicated to the respondent no.4, therefore, said respondent will take a reasoned decision and will communicate the same to petitioners and if necessary, opportunity of hearing may also be provided to them.
