JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 07/05/2025 Matter comes up on misc. application No.452/2024 filed by the applicant-appellant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for [2025:RJ-JP:19303] (2 of 2) [CRES-148/2024] condonation of delay of 27 days in filing the restoration application. Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the appellant and the averments made in the application, the application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application is allowed. This restoration application has been filed by the applicant- appellant for restoration of appeal bearing S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.92/2018 which was dismissed vide order dated 06.12.2023 in furtherance of peremptory order dated 05.09.2023. Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the appellant as well as reasons mentioned in the restoration application, the application is allowed. However, the appellant shall deposit the cost of Rs.2,000/- with the Rajasthan High Court Munshi Sangh, Jaipur Bench and shall submit receipt of the same with the Registry.
