Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that pursuant to the interim bail granted on 23.01.2025, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with the police investigation. 2. I have heard Mr. B.K. Mahajan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. N.J. Daimari, the learned counsel appearing for the informant. 3. Since the petitioner is co-operating with the police investigation, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. His pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 4.
