This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed to direct the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Allahabad to consider and decide the Execution Application No.155 of 2024 (Archna Kumari and another vs. Sandeep Yadav) under section 128 Cr.P.C./147 of B.N.S.S. filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs for execution of order dated 18.07.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Allahabad on the application under section 125 Cr.P.C. pending before the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Allahabad till date and also direct the respondent to provide the maintenance to the petitioners as Rs.3000/- to the petitioner no. 1 and Rs.3000/- to the petitioner no.2 in pursuance of order dated 18.07.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Allahabad on the date of application under section 125 Cr.P.C. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
