The present petition was ordered to be listed after decision of LPA-1843-2019, which has been decided vide judgment dated 09.04.2025, in view of which, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the same to submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2. Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within a period of 2 months thereafter, in accordance with law.” 2.
