Now the complainant as well as the applicant/ accused have entered into compromise and they have submitted the compromise deed executed between them, which is taken on record. The complainant appeared before this court through video call and he has been identified by his counsel Mr. Harsh Dave. 3. In view the fact that compromise entered between the parties the impugned judgment is set aside and the appellant who is in jail be released forthwith if not required in any other case. 4.
